Are you looking forward to the relaxing, warm days of summer as much as we are? Whether you are planning to swim, play tennis or pickleball, or just hang out by the pool, we hope to see you back in 2024.
Membership renewal is now open. To renew your membership, please sign in to your account using the Member Account link below. If you forgot your username and/or password, select the “Retrieve your username and password” option. If you are unsuccessful, need further assistance or have questions about your account, please email us at membership@ardsleyswimandtennisclub.com. Please review all account information to make sure it is up-to-date and correct.
For the 2024 season, our Annual Dues are $1,500 plus sales tax.
All Dues are due by April 1, 2024. A $75 per month late fee will apply for accounts more than 30 days past due. Please note, late fees do not apply to Family Helpers. Family Helpers may be added to your membership at any point during the season for an additional fee of $325. Please remember a Family Helper pass must be repurchased each summer.
Spread the Word About New Membership
Please spread the word about Ardsley Swim & Tennis Club. ASTC is a great place to spend the summer but we need your help to increase membership. The best way to keep dues low and make needed capital improvements is to bring in new members. Reach out to new families in your neighborhood, share information on your favorite social media platform and let your friends know all that ASTC has to offer!

Sublet Your Membership
If you are placing your account on hold for the 2024 season, please make that selection under the Payments Tab in your account. Inactive members do not have use of the Club facilities but we look forward to welcoming you back in 2025.
The fee to sublet your membership is $250. The deadline to sublet is March 15, 2024, otherwise the dues for a full 2024 season will be assessed.

Sell Your Membership
If you know you are not going to renew your membership, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible but no later than March 15, 2024. Any resignations received after the deadline will not be accepted until the following season, and you will be responsible for payment of current dues.
To resign your Ardsley Swim and Tennis Club membership, please make that selection under the Payments Tab in your account. Please note, your Bond Certificate (received when you joined the Club) must be returned with the $150 sell fee. If you have lost your Certificate please enclose an additional $150 Lost Bond Certificate Fee.
Bonds are refunded in the order the resignations are received and as the bonds are purchased by new members. The current value of the bond is $2,225. All bond refunds are subject to reduction by any outstanding fees due on your account.
Once we receive your request to sell we will email you with your place on the bond refund list.
