We’re counting down the days until summer and we hope you are too! Whether you are planning to swim, play tennis or pickleball, or simply relax by the pool, we can’t wait to see you back at ASTC in 2025.
Membership renewal is now open. To renew, just sign in to your account using the Member Account link below. If you forgot your username and/or password, simply click the “Retrieve your username and password” option. For assistance or questions about your account, please email us at membership@ardsleyswimandtennisclub.com. Before proceeding with your payment, please take a moment to review your account details to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
2025 Annual Dues
The annual dues for the 2025 season are $1,600 plus sales tax, and are due by April 1, 2025. Please note that a $75 per month late fee will apply for accounts that are more than 30 days past due. Late fees do not apply to Family Helpers. Family Helpers can be added to your membership at any time during the season for an additional $325. Please remember the Family Helper pass needs to be repurchased each summer.
Help Us Grow!
ASTC is a great place to spend the summer, and we need your help to spread the word and bring in new members. The best way to keep dues low and fund important capital improvements is to expand our ASTC community. Reach out to new families in your neighborhood, share your experience on social media, and let your friends and family know everything ASTC has to offer!

Sublet Your Membership
If you are placing your membership on hold for the 2025 season, you can make that selection under the Payments Tab in your account. Inactive members do not have use of the Club facilities but we look forward to welcoming you back in 2026.
The fee to sublet your membership is $250, and the deadline to sublet is March 15, 2025. After this date, full dues for the 2025 season will apply.

Sell Your Membership
If you are not planning to renew your membership, we will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible but no later than March 15, 2025. If we receive your resignation after this deadline, it will not be processed until the following season, and you will be responsible for payment of the current dues.
To resign your Ardsley Swim and Tennis Club membership, please make that selection under the Payments Tab in your account. Please return your Bond Certificate (received when you joined the Club) along with the $150 sell fee. If you have lost your Bond Certificate please include an additional $150 Lost Bond Certificate Fee.
Bonds are refunded in the order the resignation requests are received, and based on when they are purchased by new members. The current value of the bond is $2,225, but please note that refunds may be reduced by any outstanding fees on your account.
Once we process your request to sell, we will email you with your place on the bond refund list.
